Why I wrote this book
German is not an easy language to learn - especially on your own. German grammar is complex, but the main difficulty for most learners is not intelligence or motivation - it is structure. Without a clear learning path, it is easy to get lost.
That is why I wrote this book. It won't make learning German easy, but it is designed to make it accessible, manageable, and much less overwhelming.
This course is your personal tutor in book form. It leads you step by step through all essential grammar from A1 to B1, following the same logical order a real teacher would use in class. Instead of isolated grammar blocks, each topic builds naturally on what you already know.
You don't need to plan or decide what to study next: simply follow the book from start to finish, and you'll build a solid grammatical foundation. Although the focus is on grammar, you'll also absorb useful vocabulary through numerous examples and over 100 carefully designed exercises.

I am accredited by the German Federal Office For Migration And Refugees (short BAMF) and am thereby authorized to teach state-funded Integration Courses as well as job-related vocational German language courses (BSK) for migrants preparing to enter the German job market.
Goethe & Telc certified language instructor
I hold a DLL Teacher's Certificate by Goethe Institute as well as a Telc examiner's licence and know how to apply the latest methodological insights to my lessons, while also making them fun, engaging and effective.
Qualified to teach German for medical professionals
I have obtained the Telc certificate "Deutsch für akademische Heilberufe", enabling me to teach Medical German to doctors and nurses preparing to obtain their approbation in Germany and get ready for the FSP exam.
